Karina Grinberg is the Founder and CEO of DIY Blinds, Inc. -- a Miami-based Blinds & Shades start-up dedicated to supplying custom premium self-installed DIY blinds nationwide. With a natural entrepreneurial spirit, love for design and a keen eye for detail, Karina has created a company that energizes the Blinds & Shades industry with its unique purpose to make premium custom blinds more accessible and mainstream.

She believes in delivering high-end products without the high-end price; and this is possible because all DIY products are self-installed and
the company empowers consumers through educational tools like how-to measure and installation. As an avid DIYer and designer, Karina has completed hundreds of projects around her home and throughout her community. She is passionate about helping others express themselves through design and by customizing their space to reflect their unique style.

Prior to founding DIY Blinds, Inc., Karina gained business and design experience while working in the fashion industry in New York City. She graduated from New York’s Parsons School of Design & The New School. She also had the opportunity to travel abroad and attend Parsons Paris & The American University, which cemented her love of all things fashion and home.

Karina’s family immigrated from Europe. She is a native New Yorker and spent the majority of her life being inspired by the city. Today, Karina resides in Miami with her husband and is known as “Mom” to two sons who are in college and high school.
