A powerful union that combines 15 years of expertise in delicious baking of Latin-inspired desserts by Ines Uribe with the full development of artistic expressions of her daughter; visual artist and designer Paola Ines Gutierrez.

Their journey started back in 2004. At the time Ines was living in Santa Marta, Colombia; the city in which Chocolatissimo originally started. Paola used to leverage the overall style of the business remotely, as she has lived in South Florida since 2001. In 2018 they decided to finally move together to take their business to the next level. The bakery currently operates from their kitchen in Weston, Florida.
