60 minute Iyengar Yoga classes. Classes focus on strength and stamina, flexibility and balance, concentration and meditation in action – the Iyengar method is a pathway to complete alignment.

Maral became a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher in 2019, after studying Iyengar Yoga for over 10 years. Experiencing ballet, gymnastics, and soccer in her younger years, followed by dance, aerobics, and yoga in her late teens, Maral has always been inspired by movement. Her passion for yoga began in 2007, which led her to a 200hr RYT with All You Can Yoga. Maral's classes integrate her love of variety with the fundamentals of alignment. Her detail oriented approach allows students to explore themselves physically and mentally. She guides students to discover contentment, through movement, honoring each individual’s needs.
